Tours for visitors and the general public conducted by University Communications: (858)534-4414 Free tours of campus are offered throughout the year. San Diego area residents and visitors can enjoy free Sunday afternoon tours at the University of California, San Diego. Minivan tours are available the first and third Sundays of each month, starting at 2:00 P.M. from the S. Gilman Information Pavilion at the south end of the campus. Walking tours are offered on alternate Sundays, also starting at 2:00 P.M. from the S. Gilman Information Pavilion. Special group tours can be arranged by request. The tours include some of the Stuart Collection of outdoor sculptures, and do not include building interiors. Parking is free on weekends. Reservations are necessary and may be made by phoning (858) 534 4414.
