InfoPath Memorandum of Understanding

This document is an agreement between the UCSD Libraries and the campus department or organization specified below to provide a link to an information resource through InfoPath, UCSD's Campuswide Information System and web site.

The department or organization agrees to allow InfoPath to link to its information resource, to update the information frequently, and to provide maintenance and user support for this information.

The department or organization understands the implications of making this information resource available through networked access and agrees to assume responsibility for ownership and sponsorship including compliance with Federal and State law and with University of California policies and regulations. The UCSD Libraries is not liable for potential uses of this information resource. The department or organization is responsible for reviewing and abiding by the UCSD Web Policy (PPM 135-6)

The UCSD Libraries reserves the right to remove any link on InfoPath without notice in the case of non-compliance with this agreement.
