English Language Programs at UCSD

There are two English language programs at UCSD

One program is for undergraduate or graduate UCSD students. This is the English as a Second Language (ESL) Program. For more information, see http://www.ucsd.edu/catalog/curric/ESL.html.

The other program is for international visitors and is run by UCSD Extension. This is the English Language Program (ELP). For more information, see http://extension.ucsd.edu/department/ip/subjects/english/.
