If you plan to park a vehicle on University property, you must purchase and display a valid parking permit. Prices depend on permit type:
- "S" - Student (all students are eligible)
- "B" - Staff (graduate students only are eligible)
- "M" - Motorcycle (all students are eligible)
- "V" - Visitor (all students are eligible)
Note to graduate students: The advantages of buying an "S" permit are the lower prices and the ability to buy online. The advantage of buying a "B" permit is that you can park in both "B" and "S" spaces.
Annual Parking Permits allow you to park every day. You may pay for them quarterly or annually.
Short-Term Parking Permits allow limited parking during allocated times in "S" and "B" spaces, depending on the type of permit. The different types of these permits are:
- Limited Use: When you are parking on campus for a block of consecutive days up to 90 days, purchase this permit by the week, month or quarter.
- Occasional Use: Purchase this permit to use for up to 10 days within the four calendar months printed on the face of the permit.
- Nights/ Weekends: Purchase this permit quarterly to park nights and weekends.
- Alternate Schedule (M-T-F or T-Th-F): Purchase one of these two permits quarterly for parking every other day.
- One day: Purchase these permits per day.
- Visitor: Purchase these permits by the hour or full day.
