The Sexual Assault & Violence Prevention Resource Center (SARC) helps create a positive, safe environment at UCSD by working with on-campus student groups and organizations to coordinate educational programs. Any program can be tailored to the needs of your specific group or organization.

Safety Jeopardy: Just like Jeopardy... but a little different! Learn important safety information in a fun and innovative way.
Cheers and Tears - Connecting Alcohol And Rape: One of our most popular programs, "Cheers and Tears" features an informative discussion, a short video, responsible drinking tips, and valuable information on acquaintance rape.
How To Help A Friend: This program includes information on helping a friend recover from an assault, the "Do's and Don'ts" of listening skills, and valuable resources available on and off campus.
Verbal Self-Defense: This class will allow you to practice basic verbal self-defense techniques in a safe and friendly environment to learn the power of your voice.
The Great Sex Debate: Have you ever wondered what someone of the opposite sex was thinking about? Likes? Dislikes? What does your partner want to hear more of? This program is the ultimate "sex talk."
The Truth Behind The Faces: Written by a UCSD student, "The Truth Behind The Faces" addresses issues incoming students face during their time at UCSD. Performances take place during Welcome Week. The director and actors are full-time UCSD students.
