  Students are the primary customers of our Vendor Fairs.

  • The Vendor Fair is held once each quarter. This year's schedule:

  • Selection criteria

    Vendor Fairs are for non-food vendors who have commercial liability insurance and a California Seller's Permit.
    
    Selection is competitive. Each quarter we receive over 300 applications for about 50 spots. Our selections are based on:

    • Desirability of the items or product
    • Originality of the items or product
    • Success of past UCSD Vendor Fair participation
    • Price point of items
    • Student feedback
