News and Deadlines: Winter Refunds
Due to the 2009 holiday season, UC San Diego (excluding the hospitals and clinics) will officially close for 16 days between Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009, and Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010.
If you are not currently participating in direct deposit, you may receive your printed check late. The Winter term begins on Jan. 4, 2010.
We urge all students as of Winter 2009 quarter to enroll in direct deposit. Financial aid refunds will disburse using direct deposit to a student's bank account (parent loans excluded) on Jan. 4, 2010.
You can provide your banking information to the university at the student billing Web site.
